As a part of CapTech's Customer Experience (CX) Team, I bring digital experiences to life. With a focus on innovation, the work I've been a part of explores many facets of design, including augmented reality, gaming and gamification, interactive large-format digital screens, and mobile-focused experiences. I aim to create products that engage a customer at every touchpoint.

In addition to leading client engagements within Fortune 500 firms, I also coach a small team of senior consultants, helping them develop and grow in their own careers.

As a UX and Digital Designer, I create the user experience and visual designs for websites and digital projects. This typically includes research, benchmarking, creating user stories, defining the IA and structure of the website, and working through the UX/UI by wireframing, prototyping and visual designs of the experience. 

I've created digital experiences for Colorado’s Legislature, Pinnacol Assurance, Macerich, Boulder Brands, Comcast and the National Stroke Association. My work has included designs for web, mobile, applications, email, and video editing & production – and I've won a handful of awards doing so, including an Acquia Engage Award, Silver Davey and W3.

ADAMS OUTDOOR ADVERTISING

Art Director

As the art director, I created compelling, eye-catching outdoor advertising campaigns, which often included both directing the visuals and writing the copy. Both static billboards and digital billboards were part of the Ann Arbor / Detroit market's vast inventory of nearly 400 faces. I was able to successful manage 350+ jobs from 2013-2014, which was up 25-35% from years prior.
